O Ensino Religioso no Estado do Pará: Análise do Referencial Curricular Paraense

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the Religious Education Curricular Framework of the State of Pará, through a bibliographical research that addresses the guidelines and challenges in the educational context. Through a documentary review of the Pará reference framework and specialized literature, it discusses how this curriculum reflects the religious and cultural plurality of the State, with its Amazonian characteristics. The results point to the importance of teaching that respects diversity and promotes interreligious dialogue, in addition to highlighting the challenges faced in implementing this curriculum in public schools in Pará. It is concluded that Religious Education can be a tool for inclusion and respect for different expressions of faith, as long as it is well structured and contextualized in local realities.
