Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines

A) File format: Microsoft Word version 95 or higher; Times New Roman font, body 12, single spaced; A4 size page and 3 cm margins.

B) Centralized title, without bold or griffin, in the first line of the first page. Subtitles (if any) without inscription, without bold or griffin, numbered in Arabic numerals.

C) Name (s) of the author (s), referring to a footnote that includes the title, function and institution to which it relates. The name (s) of the author (s), as well as the co-author (s), must be two lines below the title, aligned to the right followed ( s) of the respective degree (s) and the acronym of the affiliation institution, if any.

D) Summary of the work in Portuguese (100 to 150 words), and Keywords (between 3 and 5 words).

E) ABSTRACT (100 and 150 words) and KEYWORDS, in English (between 3 and 5 words).

F) Article size: between 35,000 and 50,000 characters (5500 to 7,500 words).

G) Sequence of work: title, name (s) of the author (s); text; notes and bibliographical references; annexes and / or appendices.

H) All the indications of references used in the body of the text should come in footnote in the author-date system. The first reference to a certain work must come complete and the following references will use the SURNAME, YEAR, PAGE, model, as follows:

Direct quotes:

Up to three lines must be in the body of the text in quotation marks. Direct citations with more than 3 (three) lines should be presented in special paragrafting: left indentation, relative to the text body, Times News Roman font, body 11.
