Agenciamentos teológicos. Instrumentos para a cartografia da linguagem teológica

Abstract

The following text presents and mobilizes some concepts from Deleuze & Guattari for application to the study and research of theological language. It is part of a broader work that aims to construct theoretical and methodological subsidies for the research of theological language and for the production of a lesser theological language. The philosophy of Deleuze & Guattari is known for the creation of many concepts, with a very particular lexicon. Its reception in Brazil in the field of theology is still very limited, with almost no productions that consistently articulate its concepts. However, the authors' theoretical work demonstrates great potential for articulation in the study of contemporary theology. Based on this, we consider it appropriate to provide a more rigorous and detailed exposition of some of the authors' main concepts, noting how they articulate with questions of experience and theological language of faith. In this regard, assemblage and becoming are two key concepts around which many other concepts useful for mapping and recording the desiring production of faith and its language are linked. In this article, we will focus our attention on the concept of agency and its modes of operation.
